🔥 Anger.

Negative emotion? A sign we’re not conscious enough? A sign we should be “vibing higher”? A response we should avoid?

Or in a certain way, a high form of showing ourselves self-love, a way to take good care of ourselves and affirm our self-worth?

If all of the above makes you feel even more confused about the healthiest way to relate to your anger when it shows up –

(because in the shape of Sacred Anger, in the shape of the natural energy surge that emerges when something threatens our well-being, our integrity or crosses our boundaries – it will naturally come up, always, for every single one of us, no matter how much healing work we’ve done, no matter how many online courses we’ve done or how many times a day we meditate)

– I’d like you to to know you not alone in feeling this way! I know this full well from my own traumatic experience with “getting angry”.

In my view, anger is one of the most misunderstood topic, even in the field of spirituality and personal development.

Sacred anger is crucial in our ability to own our power fully, as women, – it’s one of the ways in which we’re meant to embody the Divine Feminine within, the balanced Feminine, the integrated Feminine.

Not only that but it’s also key in maintaining our physical health (an inability to express anger is linked to depression and an inability to handle healthy anger makes us more likely to experience a stroke or heart attack).

There simply isn’t an area of our life that the topic of Sacred Anger doesn’t touch (you will find it coming up in your most intimate relationships, you will find it coming up in your work, with your relatives, with your neighbours, and your children will need to see you having the ability to use it as a powerful catalyst for positive change).
